MapExtreme - Be able to use Custom SymbolsNow Available

  • I have a layer which in Mapinfo Pro will open with a series of custom symbols for each point (traffic signs)
    What I want is to be able to set this up in Work Space Manager with these custom symbols so that it will open with the correct symbols in Exponare Enquiry.
    I have been informed this is currently a limitation of MapExtreme

I do this with a number of our file.  Just copy your custom symbols file to the Program Files\Common Files\MapInfo\MapXtreme\7.0.0\Custsymb directory.

This is dependent on what version of exponare you are currently running.  For versions prior to 4.5 I think the 7.0.0 would be 6.8 or similar.

In some cases you may have to change the image to a bmp format.
