CC1Plus should recognize multiple designators with 1 number

• "8th Fl. Unit” is returned as extra information because there are 2 designators with 1 number so the suggested address drops the floor number. Two secondary designators are currently not supported, so the recommended solution would be to remove "unit" from the input address but keep 8th Fl.
